We are pleased to announce that the 1st Training School (TS) of Cost Action HELEN, entitled “Holistic design of timber connections”, will take place on October 4th-5th , 2023 in Cortaccia (Italy).
The 2-day course will aim to offer advance knowledge on the holistic design of timber connections in taller timber buildings, covering different aspects of the design of timber connections through a strong multi-disciplinary approach and identifying new design approaches, processes and technologies that can build and improve upon existing best practices in the development of timber connections.
The TS will be organized by Dr. Daniele Casagrande and the WG3, with the scientific support of Prof. Robert Jockwer, and hosted by Mr. Peter Lang.
